Why in the world would someone use PCIE HDD's?? I don't understand the use for this. Mobo real estate is a premium especially when running 2 or more GPU's. If you only use 1 GPU throw in a raid controller and a premium sound card and you have no room for it. I won't even consider this option, they need to stick with 2" - 3.5" HDD's.

seeing as SATAIII has a 6Gbps limit, putting the SSD on the mobo removes that bottleneck, allowing the SSD to use its full speeds of (from this source for example) about 8Gbps (1000 MBps)

these are near if not the top range SSD product that OCZ are selling. if they cant deliver on a product having been given a couple grand, then they really are going to be in trouble
