Ok guys, I was posed a situation the other day and It intrigued me because I couldn't answer it.
I and using a Asus Crosshair III Formula and I am running two 4890's in crossfire
If I was to use an Nvidia card, could I have just a single 570 or 580 or something??

Course you can run a 570 in your rig. Just remember it needs fresh water and a nice big hamster wheel.
