Seriously what a brilliant company.
I sent them an email about a week ago thanking them for my NH-D14 and pointed them to the project log for my modded side panel. They said they would send me out a load of stuff to help finish it up. Stickers badges ETC.
How awesome is that? seriously. Then I got another one thanking ME and telling me my stuff would be with me in 3-7 days
Big up the big N.

Awesome! Why don't they have a presence on this forum yet?
I'm really looking forward to your completed project as well. It really only helps them in the long run to help you. The only complaints I hear about their fans is the color (even though I like the colors). Now when people complain you can let them know they match your case perfectly .
I may be doing a secondary build. If it do I'll be using Noctua for sure.

I got some software to create a rolling slide show with music that's pee easy to use. So I'll get a video up on Youtube when I'm done

The company just has the right image lol just like Mushkin
The way they treated you AlienALX speaks volumes for how they are that's awesome, when a company does that it makes people like me want to support them purely for being like that even if they weren't the best (luckily they're pretty damn good eh!).

Corsair are also excellent. But yeah, very rare these days to find a company willing to help you out or look after you. I was going to theme my build on Fallout : New Vegas but after several emails to Bethesda and Obsidian were ignored I sort of gave up.
The colour thing? I love it. They're both very neutral colours (beige & rust) and let's face it in a sea of endless lookalikes they deffo stand out.
But looks aside their fans are the absolute shizzle. Heavy solid and quiet. And the finish on their coolers? Saab.

The best CPU cooler I've had was from Noctua... I didn't mind the colour, very 'clean'.

Function over fashion. It could be babyshit green and purple but so long as it beats everything out there I could care less!
Keep up the great work.
Within 3 days after emailing them photos of a broken retainer screw for my I7 mount I had a replacement set They are Top notch by far and a second NH-D14 will be fitted on my 1090T shortly!

Alien
I took the liberty of e-mailing noctua re the colours and they promptly replied with this
thanks for contacting Noctua and for choosing our products.
The colors we use for our fans are from the Pantone color system and have the following numbers:
Brown: Pantone 498EC
Beige: Pantone 489EC
While we are keen to ensure color stability, it can happen that different batches have a slightly different nounce though.
Kind regards,
Andreas Karner
Noctua support team
Hope this helps
And once again how's that for personal service from a outstanding manufacturer.
