As far as I'm aware, the B7015 has been around for a year.

Although at that point it had passed the NVIDIA® Tesla™ C1060 and S1070 certification process, afaic it's merely a platform, like a regular motherboard of it's ilke, that merely accepts and handles 8x gpus/gpgpus.
Maybe they've just received AMD certification for passing FireStream testing ?
Imo, when purchasing this class of mobo, the certification means about as much as buying a regular i7 mobo - i.e. certification allows Tyan to tack on an extra charge.
