I thought XFX stopped making NvidiA cards ?!

It's either.

1. A prototype.

2. A fake. What a$$hole takes a pic of something like that at that quality?

Highly probably possible it was done using a printer then deliberately blurred so it looks genuine.

3. Nvidia have reconciled (or vice versa) with XFX (highly doubt it but hey, stranger things have happened).

Looks like number one then. I would imagine they made prototypes and right after making the prototype of the 460 had a bust up with Nvidia.

i think its a photoshop mock up then printed out and stuck on the card clearly looks like someone thats bored and wants attention

and the box its ok looks like a 2 series one

Stepy I think the bust up happened when they very first got the 460. Which would have been long before it was actually released.

Dunno though. I'd believe that a reconcilliation occurred if I saw a 580
