Finally pulled the trigger on some new toys



Gigabyte GTX 460 OC 1GB & Corsair 650W TX

I was going to upgrade the dualcore rig 1st but i changed my mind & these two are going in my quad instead

Should be here tomorrow

You're gunna love that 460, dude! And that is a mega PSU, I swear by Corsair now.

So, 8800's?

Corsair PSU's seem to be quite bullet proof with the warranty and support to back it up!

That 460 will be much quieter than your 8800 unless it was under water!

Oo man i just did a little calculation about all people of this awesome team is going to Upgrade and i just hit a very high PPD

Charlie gets 2x extra GTX460 Steve gets 2x extra GTX460 me is going for 2x extra GTX460's

nikk just added a GTX460 same counts for SOA_RRU...

o man

Here we come that crazy great Team!!!

The 8800 it's going to replace is an oem screamer! slightest build up of dust & it screams like a B**** compared to the inno3d 8800gt

I actually had the KFA2 GTX 470 in my basket @ £30 more but decided against it

It's just the PPD to cost ratio that makes them so worth it.
