OK, I'm ordering another 470. Should I get the cheap version or for $40 more get the "Ultra Durable" version that supposedly has better components?

It will be doing more folding than gaming, that's for sure  .
Do you still have to disable SLI when folding and mess with adapters?

Not sure about the SLI thing IIRC you still need to disable it,
i have never used adapters? you mean dummy plugs right ?

Never used them always the -gpu 0 flag(s) and the correct mutiple screen setup
