So here's the situation. I live in a house with 3 other guys, with our internet, we are able to download 125gb a month. We all agreed each of us will be entitled to downloading 30gb a month and leave the 5 for just in case. The problem is, people are downloading too much causing us to have to pay for additional downloading @ $1.50 / gig extra.

The router is hooked up in my room and I was just wondering if there is any program/bandwidth monitor that I can download that will limit each user to 30gb or at least monitor who is the one hoarding the bandwidth?

Thanks guys!

Networx will do it but each user will have to agree to let it run on their PC and you may have to assign a static IP address to each machine. *Don't think it will work though if any of the bandwidth hogging is due to PS3 or Xbox.
