Apart from the middle eastern theme id say this was more cinematic score type music.

It's known as a "Score".
Generally anything sort of music that has been made not for purely musical purposes, e.g. films and games, are known as scores.
Then within scores you can get orchestrated scores like the Crysis score or the MW2 score.
Yes I do weirdly know a lot about this.
