What's with all the hotfixes? Couldn't they just release these with 10.11?

Gives me lower fps on the lappy I'm currently on. On my second build with an HD2400Pro (yes.. ancient) I get no change whatsoever and on a 5770 I get +1 fps in Fallout New Vegas! YAY!
