hey, i'm basically new to overclocking, you can see my spec's in my signature

i got into overclocking because of tinytomlogan awesome youtube videos he makes for his reviews, and decided to join OC3D

also about 1 week ago i reach the 4GHz milestone http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1432831

also i really need a new cpu cooler (stuck with the standard cpu cooler) and i would like to ask if anyone here could recommended a really good cpu cooler, though subzero cooling is too much . i have heard the Noctua NH-D14 is 1 of the best atm, but i want to make sure before i go out and buy a new cooler when i could have gotten a better

looks like i'm going to buy a Noctua NH-D14

another question

would you define a cpu running on 1.1 volt and 3000MHz to be a low voltage cpu?, i don't really know that much about it yet but i have heard that there are some cpu's that will run on very low voltage and some won't
