Just had my radiators and tubing turn up and am fuming
I ordered the black tubing, didnt get anything to say it was despatched.
Phoned them and they said they didnt have it in stock (even tho it says on their site it is in stock) no email, no phonecall to me to say this.
So I changed it to uv blue to get it despatched.
Ordered 4meters and they sent 4 1meter lengths of tubing meaning huge waste also their website advertised "Amount ordered = Hose length in meters" phoned them up to query this.
guy on other end: "we only sell it in 1meter lengths"
me: "HOW DO I ORDER 4METERS THEN?" "WHY DOES IT SAY ON YOUR SITE AMOUNT ORDERED = HOSE LENGTH IN METERS"
guy on other end: "hang on I will ask someone"
comes back trying to be clever "why do you want a 4meter length"
me: "I need a length which is 1.5meters in length so will be unable to use this tube"
guy on other end: "I'm sorry we only sell it in 1meter lengths and will tell them about the website being wrong"
me: "so I will have to order this from another website"
guy on other end: "............"
no offer for refund (only £4)
no offer to send out a 2 or 4 meter length to replace it
was forced to order thru them as I wanted the EK radiators and they seem to be the only company who sells them in the UK
Such a shame as they used to be ok when they were a small company, I remember phoning them and getting thru to a person straight away and getting a replacement sent out next day without question.
I worked on phone support and if I talked to people like this guy I would have got fired
