Well I'm not sure if it's compatible but at that price I would just go with the Noctua NH-D14. I have it and TTL can vouch for that cooler too. I didn't even know Corsair had a cooler but it seems a bit expensive just by looking at it. Who knows, I'll look around for some reviews.

Ah, nothing I can find. Just looking at it though doesn't give me high hopes. Those 120mm fans are almost thicker than the heatsink itself...

The titan fenrir is a great cooler, its in the area of the TRUE, CM V8 and Noctua NH-U12P , and costs about £30 on scan (or £35 for the red and black special edition) plan to be getting it to replace this POS Freezer 7 pro, i dont think OC3D have done a review but with a quick google you can pull up a few results pretty easy.

Some results from elsewere on a Phenom 2 940 @ 3.6 with 1.6v (so an extra .15v ontop of you) give the following (temps are deg C above ambient)

Fenrir (Low) - 37

OCZ Vendetta 2 - 37

Noctua NH U12P (High) - 37

Noctua NH U12P (Low) - 39

CM V8 (High) - 39

Akasa Nero - 41

CM V8 (Low) - 44

i take it thats load?

my ambiant is 25c temps atm are between 35c-40c idle about 55c-62c load

so a titan or a noctua would suffice, ide be sticking 2 noctua fans in push/pull regardless
