Zotac-ITX Mainboard boot times

I am planning to install a car pc in the near future and i am trying to decide on the components I am going to install

as the system will be be replacing the current head unit with a touch screen display the system needs to start loading the os from the point it powers on so that it boots up as quick as possible

Does anyone know how long the Zotac boards stay in the bios/post stage

also other suggestions for mainboards with quick boot times would be good

Shame you can't run Google Chrome OS. It starts up in 7 seconds.
