Sparkle Adds 2GB Memory to GeForce GT220 Card

Though outdated, the GPU is the first GT220 card to feature 2GB of video memory.

Good to see companies still giving love to older stuff but I think 2gb is overkill on this card.

I think the card has a 128 bit memory interface so the memory could make a difference.

I rekon they are doing the old bolt some memory on and hope the bigger numbers shift the stock.

Your still going to get some folks picking these up of pcworld shelves misinformed or uneducated and expect these cards to run at resolutions beyond it's abilities.

I know the 210 cards were 64 bit so anything beyond 1gb was fruitless anyway.

I do see on a regular basis at my local pc store people arguing with the folks that work there about "this card is better than that card cuz it has 2gb not 1gb."
