Hi,

I have this program sitting on my pc and it opens up when ever it feels like it, it stops me from printing and uses up 50% CPU power and it won't let me delete it

Norton Internet Security 2010 hasn't picked it up as a virus

And its found at C:\Windows\System32 and it won't let me delete the exe file, comes up with "You require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this file"

Using Windows 7, can someone help me get rid off this please, thankyou

I believe you can limit it with printing options?
