Asap .net

Could someone please post the API for Messenger for VB.NET? I can't find a working download, I've got MSN installed and it's working, however, I can't seem to find the API in the references. Anyone got a download link? I've searched high and low for it. Apparently they only support the Messenger Activity API, which I'm missing
