Retailer review section
I have had a really good experience with Scan this week, feel I would like to give them some praise and recommendation on the forum.
Think it would be beneficial to have a retailer review section, perhaps a poll for each retailer, so users can post their feedback etc.
May even attract (or we could invite) representatives from the companies to post their responses etc, have seen it on other forums...
Or perhaps more etailers such as Scan, ebuyer, overclockers for example in the Customer care forums??

If we could do that that would be awesome. Especially if we find a good shop that's a lot cheaper than else where or has something special in stock.

yeah that would be great to get ppl from them, i havent personally used scan cause they always seem to be a tad more expensive and dont offer economy delivery like ebuyer i was going to get myself 4 ccfl's from them to brighten the inside of my case and they wanted to charge me £7 delivery on an £8 product which is just ridiculous so that page got quickly closed
ill stick with just gettin myself 5 of these where £7 delivery isnt too steep

Its not that simple tbh, its hard to get them interested in that rather than their own actual forums. Its a good idea but is far more complicated than it sounds.

Perhaps a forum for trusted companies? For example is someone was asking about a company the other day, if we had a topic about a company and write a little review or summary on whether to trust them or not and their service, that would be a great feature to roll out in the new year. Just a thought.

We all know the big companies though, scan is MASSIVE and always has been great for sales and RMA.

Perhaps the reverse would be better. A forum to ***** and moan about companies you've had bad experiance with to let others know and give users a chance to blow off some steam.

Be nice to have a good/bad experience thing u could add to each time u buy something.
Pro: something they did that was great
Mediocre: ordered it - got it - simple, nothing to report
con: bad stuff
Cept it'd be really hard to mechanic without having it open for abuse.
