USB Help Please :)

Trying to fix my girlfriends computer. Everything seems to work fine apart from the fact that none of the usb ports work. I'm tying to install windows 7 on her computer but I can't even get to the bios as I can't press the delete button. I tried it with my keyboard and got nothing. All the cables are in the right place (I'm pretty sure of this, I checked lots of times) so I have no idea what is going on.

Any help plox?

what keyboard are you trying to use mate? if its a razer keybaord like a lycosa i dont think you can use it without drivers?

so if you have a standard USB keyboard what uses generic drivers use it or better a PS2 keyboard

It's a standard Dell one. It's worked before on computers that didnt have the drivers installed. So I don't know why it wont work this time. I might just go back to my other motherboard and use that as it would be easier.
