Every article I've read about this has mentioned putting an i7 and a 5870 in there, but I don't see how, the 5870 needs a big PSU, how many ITX cases support a long GPU and ATX PSU? Exactly.

Even so, the price this thing will be (won't be low, things never are) you'd be better with a matx board.

i just ordered my 775 itx! mother......!!! meh saying that why have an i7 in a itx case lmao normally ITX computers are used for file servers/media centre so i see no point in this a nice little e5200 would suit a itx better

I do hope this is the shape of things to come.

Little disappointed with the use of 885, but not incredibly upset.

Wouldn't worry about power, there's always something u can do about that. Even if not aimed at a 5870, a lower self powered 5xxxx card should be fine.

Best thing for me is that all the tech is finally not relying on the crazily oversized and outdated ATX. Makes a mockery of the early thrown together eatx mobos.

I think like that too. ITX are great for download boxes and media centers but as a gaming PC there just isnt enough room in the case for cooling it all properly.

I like the idea of a tiny gaming PC, but its just too much hassle lol. Midi tower at least for a PC with some decent gaming power

This is such a sweet mobo. If it OC's I'm seriously thinking about getting a custom case so i can get a 5890 in there. Tiny powah!

Do you mean 5970? (5870x2) as there is no 5890......yet

If it does get released I would hope we would get to test it although nothing is confirmed yet.

Yeah, ignore my typo - 4 hours sleep due to illness.

Anyway it is on the DFI website here so I think it must be released soon...
