What's the point? 360+PS3 = DX9, so PC owners might as well bend over a barrel because we're gonna get the elevator enclosure anyway.
Although this way maybe Crysis 2 will be runnable on something other than a mythical future computer. And it'll still go all alieny and rubbish halfway through.
/rant.

You can see that the clips with next gen ready (which are PC) looks 10x better than the 360/PS3. yay.

Question is, how low can you go in terms of computer spec with this engine? I just hope the specs for crysis 2 are not as demanding as crysis was...if they manage to make it look that good and a somewhat playable FPS on current gen hardware....hats off to them but I have my doubts lol

They're definitely looking to challenge the likes of the Unreal people as a licensed game engine.
Optimization is the key.

Just watched the trailer, and holy s**t. Those graphics are immense. Planning to get i7 extreme and sli gtx 295 simply so I can run Crysis 2 on low settings, 800x600.
