OC3D Account hacking

I wake up today at this annoyingly early hour and find this little email in my inbox...........

"Dear k4p84,

Someone has tried to log into your account on Overclock3D Forums with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 12.104.14.151

Has anyone else had this cretin trying to break their account for i hazard a spam PMing session.

Really have people got nothing better to do than this !!

Having to create and remember so many strong passwords for work has it's advantages.

I may well change my password regardless.

Its quite strange why anyone would want to hack someone elses forum account. Its not like any confidential information is stored in there..unless of course they wanted to pretend to be you for the purposes of scamming or even spamming the forum.
