AMD must surely have a $5 one coming out, within the same week, that just about holds as many keys as the lesser nVidia version (as long as they aren't impressive looking ones with security or imobilizer switches), held together with black-tape or similar.

Not to put a fine point on it, but I did something very similar with some epoxy resin, a busted motherboard (which altogether cost 50p) with an nforce 5 chipset...9.99 seems a bit much really
