Need Help with my PC

I just built a PC. I have a 4Gb memory ( Dual Channel Kit). But when I put in both memorys, All the Fans and components start working but there's no picture on the monitor. When I remove one of the rams the system is ok again. I wonder if this has anything to do with the Ram Voltage because on the ram says that it has a 2.10V and I have 2 of these but my mainboard supports 1.8V unbuffered ram.

Please Help me.

By the way my Mermory is Corsair XMS2-8500 4Gb(2x2gb) dual channel kit

and my Mainboard is MSI P45 Neo

Are you able to change the voltages to 2.1? If not then it looks like you wont be able to use the ram.

Looks like its the case as it says ony supports 1.8...

a quick look at google for bios screens:

looks like you need to enter the "cell menu" on your bios to change the ram voltage

If you can't run at 2.1V, you can run the RAM at 1.8V as long as you relax the speed from 1066MHz to 800MHz.

when you get to the bios just tap the '+' on the number pad and the voltage should go up
