If memory standard is OC can it use that MHz?

Hello, I'm about to embark on my first extreme overclocking build.

I'm using the I7 920 G0 stepping CPU, Asus P6T Deluxe V2, and Kingston HyperX 6GB DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) RAM.

The motherboard has the following Memory standard:

DDR3 2000(O.C)/1866(O.C)/1800(O.C)/1600(O.C)/1333

Does this mean that I have to use 1333 MHz RAM cards and overclock them to 2000 or can I use a 2000 MHz RAM stick.

I know it should work with a high MHz either way, I just wasn't sure what the O.C. standard ment.

I usually read that as claiming the mobo will be capable of sustaining 2000mhz, but u'd need to be sure that the memory u put in it will like using 2000mhz.

I'm not that "up" on ocing memory, but I'd doubt there be many/any sticks that stock @ 1333 and will go to 2000. I'm thinking 1800 to oc to 2000 perhaps. 1600 at a push, possibly.

Yeah, I already bought the 2000MHz RAM.

I just wanted to make sure I didn't need another motherboard for the RAM to install in.

Just had a quick panic.

I've been waiting two months to grab it.
