utorrent (legal use) upload issues

Really strting to pull my hair out, should be getting minimum 180kb/s outgoing but last night it dropped right down and now its not even doing 10kb/s.

Its the new download rig, I did have problems with the original rig but once it was set up it was spot on.

Still getting 2.3-2.6mb/s incoming, just need to sort out the seeding.

Any ideas peeps Im going mad!

What sort of net connection is it, in terms of the route from pc to net. Switches, router, gateways, modems.

hey tom

you made sure the port utorrent is using is open? check by going options > speed guide > test if port is forwarded properly

also make sure the tracker that is being used is functioning properly

make sure there are people to seed to (test with diff torrents)

make sure your isp does not block p2p/torrents (if so use encryption or switch isp)

err

you may want to "flush torrents" if the site you are using allows that
