Also watch the temps, you must stress test for afew hours to see what your temps go up too, anything above 60c and you need better cooling or less volts.

After playing around whit the Bios:sleep: trying to overclock
The Q6600 Go CPU
to
3.6GHZ
i keep on getting
64 65 64 65 that's not good at all

, so then i try a new setting but windows don't boot at all,
so here are these settings im talking about let me know what to do P.S
