Benchmarking Software

Hi, i'm about to upgrade an old pc so I was wondering if there is any benchmarking programs out there that I could run on this computer before I upgrade it just to see how well the upgrade goes performance wise. I know there is 3dMark but I thought that would be a bit much for an old pc lol
