Why do Windows keep refering to us as 'partners' ?

Lol at that price i'd rather buy an OCZSSD and i7 it would work out cheaper... What would be useful is for them to give something for free with an i7 say they made some decent DDR3 ram and bundled that with it...

The partner is the reseller and not the end customer. I am registered with Intel as a partner because I build and sell PC's, that is their target audience.

I'm pretty sure it's for channel partners and not directly to the customers themselves.
