Thermaltake move into the luxury market

Now normally, being a professional site, we look at a companies press release and rewrite it in a style that covers all the information our readers want, without all the typical company blather that goes along with them.

But sometimes, a press release is so biblically awful, so outstandingly devoid of content, and the idea behind it so ridiculous, that it has to be posted as it stood without a word being changed. Today is one such occasion.

So hope you enjoy a good giggle on your wednesday afternoon.

Let me translate:

Quote:
"Thermaltake, the leader in PC DIY market, has expended its illustrious trendsetting characteristic and industrial design expertise in the gaming and enthusiast market into the rapid growing luxury consumer market with the creation of LUXA2 division.
Because we failed epically in the enthusiast market, we decided to go for another group of victims

Quote:
The core design theory of LUXA2 start from simple shapes blending with luxury elements
What? We had to come up with something!

Quote:
create the unique lifestyle for different segments within the society such as Creative Pro, Mobile Blogger, Leisure Seeker, Hip Newbie and Entertainment junkie.
These are not lifestyles but actually brands? That's new.

Quote:
With Thermaltake's consumer insight and LUXA2's inimitableness, target users will be able to have a simple, luxury lifestyle anywhere they go; a " Uniquely You" experience made possible with Thermaltake and LUXA2."
With our knowledge on how NOT to promote products we will try to sell you a mass produced item as unique.

Quote:
Brand Identity:

Brand Name : LUXA2

Pronunciation : [ lu – sa – tu ]
We needed more than a name as identity

Let me know if I'm going too far. Guess you would anyway, but well

EDIT: wee 1000th post

"Thermal-Take" they seem to do anything but take away any Thermal energy... So "elegant" much mean products designed for chavs? Well never judge a book by its cover, even though the ThermalTake book is empty as they have few/no sucessful products... P.S. WOOT WOOT FTW monkey

A rather odd marketing image?

Is it just me or is the main picture on this page missing something rather important... looks more like they are trying to sell a MBP?

N.B I know theres a small image in the corner
