£250 budget

Having had an AMD system for awhile,I think its time for a change.I have a budget of 250 notes to play with. I looking for Intel CPU and motherboard to fit into my rig. I would like to overclock alittle depending on CPU.Any advice will be much appreciated.

CPU

That goes a couple of pounds above your target of £250 but it was the best I could find.

Biostar TPower I45 Intel P45

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

A bit over budget, but you should be able to overclock really well with those two
