Just ran accross this.

-First version of this utility will support all EVGA GTX 260, 280 and 295 cards.

-Will work ONLY on EVGA graphics cards, and ONLY for EVGA registered users.

I think that its cause they promote OCing their graphic cards. Others would have to change their policy if they were to do this.

When you have Evga GVT, and you have this patch,

you are also able to adjust voltage of other NON-Evga GTX295's.
