This is some very very good news Not particularly because I'm using the software (I'm not a video editor at all actually), but it means the new cpu can bring the power it has shown in benchmarks to actual applications.

Now just wait for games and AutoCAD to do the same and I'll be a happy camper

I`m curious.

If this version 7 is optimized for i7, does that mean ur better off not buying it and sticking with v6 if u dont have i7 ?

(just filtering through the corporate slang that doesnt mean much)
