Now where this is my case I wanted to go to town, the paint is mental so I decided to go for a more understated route with the cuts. I was going to mimic the perforations on the front of the A77 on the roof grill, but the cost was huge for 2500 holes so that idea was binned off. This is the mk2 and a design that is basic but I think realy works with the case!

A new front was needed, no drive bays needed here!

the start of the cutting

5 minutes in....

10 minutes.....

15minutes later we are done

Thats the cut this is it laid over the front panel, this will be modded so it sits in the recess flush

And now for the roof!

And it finished

I decided I really liked the Arora stock window so used it for mine too!

Just realised Ive not posted the chassis here!

Paint will be done in the new year now, but the powder has come out awesome.

Chrome paint with white internals anyone???

You could always use Tom's services and mod your case

Cheers boys, the case panels are getting blown in black next week, then the chrome over the top in the newyear, then its build time, I do have to sort afew bits to have some special stuff done, and Im sniffing around for some rare waterblocks, not having much luck at the moment. I want this to be wicked as I wont go i7 till theres some revisions (hoping for b3 - g0 all over again)

kinda his got access to a waterjet cutter, powdercoating, wetspray (which looks fab) and anything else you can imagine wanting done to a case.
