What happened to my network????

Ok yall I got a total mind boggler maybe you can help me out with.

Recently I installed Nero MediaHome on my server box to share vids and music to my Playstation 3. Well that worked freakin amazing for about an hour. I was in the middle of watching a movie on the TV streamed from the server to the PS3 and then it just disconnected. After that it could no longer locate the media server any longer. I also have my internet connection shared off the server with my main computer via the use of a pair of double ethernet intel network cards. When the media server stopped working I could no longer grab an internet connection from my main computer, it showed "limited or no connectivity". I plugged my monitor in to the server box and it was still connected to the net and everything worked fine, everything still showed as shared.

I restarted everything and it all kept not working at all. I can't get on the net from my main computer nor can I locate the server computer over the network, no computers show up. It's total wierded out. I did move my network cables to the second Intel NIC and got my shared internet back to my main box but I still can't share any files or see the server on the network from my main box. Even more strange is that my Remote Desktop Connection works again from the main box to the server box, but alas I can't find any of my shared network drives or anything.

What the hell could have possibly happened? I have a lot of **** that I need to transfer on to my server box from my main comp and I can't get any networking to work right any more.

Thanks in advance. I've already checked the obvious stuff such as making sure everything was still in the same workgroup and what have you.

Tried recreating all the connections?

maybe try kill the DNS, reset TCPIP / nettcpip.inf and clear the winsock cat ?
