110cfm silverstone fans only £4.99 at afterhours.co.uk

Hey guys. Just ordered 3 of these for a 360mm radiator, they are the white 110cfm 120mm silverstone fans. Usually well over £10 but on sale for £5 at afterhours.co.uk. Thought some people on here might be interested.

Just done a lil research and while even the 122s are cheaper it seems the 121s are better... Also a little better than the 123s. Quite tempted to buy a few.. Would get rid of the controller and use my own though.

That said, Yates are still meant to be better.

Nice price though

I think the silverstone fans look nicer though, and they're really going to help pull off my black and white case theme once I get all my money sorted for my next project!

They are awfully loud at full whack (where they shift 110CFM). I bought 3 months ago to replace the fans in a NZXT Lexa but instantly chucked them in the toot box after hearing how loud they are.

Could a fan controller not deal with the noise? or were they even too loud at that speed?

At 1000-1200 RPM they are much less intrusive, but the CFM drops rapidly and theres better alternatives in that area (Xilence RedWings or Scythe S-Flex for example).
