Apart from the Fifa, I used to run all those @ max with a 7600GT, Amd x2.
Fifa is a gamble as I haven`t seen it yet (this weekend with any luck), but it`s 2007 version was extremely badly coded and ran like a donkey. 2008 they merely fixed it. 2009 - who knows.
Biggest question for me is how much cash u want to spend.

In my opinion the gtx 200 series is about the best, but the 4870x2 is getting alot of good press I've not had any expereince with it but many have and rate them, It mainly depends on your budget???

hmmm, I`d probably point u in the direction of the 4xxxx series ATI equivalent of what u have.
The likes of 4870 etc are going to be way more than 100€ in anycase.
I did see some newsy thing somewhere tho about Ati releasing 4450/4550 ?? cards or something. Might be worth a go.

Well, even if u got a nice solid - quality - 500w, it isn't going to break the bank for u, and would be more open to suggestions of cards like 4870+ without issue.

He is looking to spend no more than €100.. why go above that and recommend a 4870..
I would go for something like a 9600GT, they are brilliant mid-ranged cards

sure i guess a 9600GT will do the job but, my question to the OP how longare you gona just play thm titles games and graphics move on and I feel that card will soon be struggling. no offence to anyone owning one it a good budget card. It alld epends on what the OP is likely to want in terms of the future.
However em I recommend a little more powerfull PSU and and gettign a slightly better card such as a 4870/gtx260 or better if your budget allows
