My new build - cooling debate...

Hi there, my first post here. I am planning on building a new PC within the next few months. I think that I am going to go for a Q550 on an Asus P5Q Deluxe, 4GB Corsair Dominator 1066mhz/4GB OCZ Reaper 1066mhz (I know I wont be able to use all 4gb in vista 32 bit but who cares ;)) and I will be using a 9800GX2 which I already have as it was supposed to go in my current PC but cannot for assorted reasons. I plan to house all this in an Antec 1200 and power it all with a Corsair HX 1000W PSU.

I am fairly well decided on the components I will be using, but the cooling still remains an issue in my mind. I will use the PC for a lot of gaming (CSS, Supreme Commander and others) and I fold whenever my PC is on (which is always except for a few hours through the night.) I also do a lot of video encoding and other stressful things. I wish to overclock my CPU as far as I can with a reasonable priced cooling setup and without too high temperatures (I would like to stay <70oC full load, but I hear the Q9550 can go quite far and keeps fairly cool.)

I am struggling to choose between a high end HSF and a basic CPU only water cooling loop. I've heard that the Thermalright Ultra 120 is the daddy of HSFs at the moment, so that would probably be my choice for HSFs. As for water, I've browsed around a bit and I have a few ideas (keep in mind I wish to keep a fairly basic and inexpensive loop, £150 max.)

I was thinking of a XSPC X2O 750 Pump/Res, a Swiftech Apogee GTZ CPU block if anyone can recommend them.

I have a few questions regarding water:

1. Are the above loop components any good / do you have any other recommendations?

2. Would a triple 120mm radiator be worth the extra money over a double when I'm only cooling my CPU?

3. With the above in mind, what radiator would you recommend?

4. How much tubing will I need for the loop with the radiator going out of the holes in the back of the Antec 1200?

5. Can you tell me a little about clips and where/how they are positioned?

OK, sorry for the length, but I think that's a decent explanation of what's on my mind, any thoughts, suggestions or answers to my questions would be greatly appreciated! :)
