It`s both a good move and a strange one in a distant sense.

Strange only in that the likes of cad software writers could pick up on this and develope similarly - in which case, where would nVidia stand with the likes of the FX5600 Quadro cards ? Having said that, Quadro w/ CUDA will improve it that much more I`d imagine.

Indeed is lapping up the gpu prospects. Bout time.

I'm just waiting for badaboomit, if its less than $30, that free trial does me fine, apart from the little thing in the corner of the video. Converted a whole 2.5hour video in 10 minutes to ipod friendly mp4. That's all I would use a programme like this for. Then again with the new ram...
