Unsecured Wi-Fi lands man in terror investigation

An American ex-pat, living in India, has been caught up in an anti terrorism investigation after an email from a terrorist group was sent using his wireless network.

This is serious stuff, it's like wrong identity but taken to the extreme you could be a suspect for some serious offences.

It wasn't WEP. It was a network with no security.

Must admit that WEP is so easy to crack.

None of them are any different. You can use a sniffer for any of them honestly. But most people dont know how to use one, or even where to begin to look for one.

Mines on WPA-PSK i believe. I choose it because it had the most letters.
