Hmm, Any chance of a photo of the setup? Im not sure what the pump is, have you got a link? My guess is that with that amount of blocks the water is virtually stopping and not carrying the heat away quick enough....

I take it you have fans on the radiators?

hm, are these koolance rads? Because their dessipation amount is totally made up :S

This is certainly very strange, I would maybe get a thermochill 120.3 in their, replacing one of the other rads.

Are you stating all your temps in Fahrenheit? If so there is nothing wrong with your temps.
