Legitimate screensaver(s) with some life ?

Being experienced enough to know that almost anything remotely `interesting` looking on the screensaver front on the internet, is pretty much going to be laced with malware...

I seem to remember some years ago `obtaining` a highly malwared aquarium for a windows desktop, smothered the malware, and had it running without impact on the pc. Got bored with that..

Are there any really good, hopefully evolving, screensavers out there ? For Mac, Pc/win, Linux ? Something with "life", nothing media related.

I`ll prewarn any1 posting links to stuff vaguely maliciously in intent, will most likely get bannage on general principle I`m sure.

Ugh, don`t remind me.

We actually have some great news ones, for internal use of course *cough*.

No, by life I mean I seem to remember my Amiga, like 50 years ago!, had a shareware "life" thing where a bacterial type lifeform would grow and multiply during screensaving mode.

Ugh yeah, the graphical interface >.<

Looks pretty, and portray what it`s doing, but is slow from what I remember just compared to the client. Be nice if they added the interface to all their stuff, but it apparently uses a `bit` of processing power to just do that.
