Good Deal?

Hey guys I was wondering if this is a good deal on my pc. Someone is willing to buy my setup without the Xfi and the Tv card for $1000. Would this be a good deal for me? Im on my cell right now so dorry this is brief.

Sounds like a heck of an excuse for buying new stuff

(I`d consider offloading the XFi, if it`s the creative one, and perhaps go auzen or asus)

I'm not huge on sound quality and the xtreme music is still the best value sound card imo. Can't spend more than $100.
