Doing it Mod style!

This morning I am going to Cleethorpes on my scooter, some of the lads are going too on theirs. The wives are taking the piddle, saying we are trying to relive Quadrophenia or something

Wish my scooter was as cool as those ones!

So if you are on the road somewhere between Doncaster and Cleethorpes, and see some nearly middle aged men on their scooters, give us a toot on yer horn

I know some peeps who have scooters and go to scooter rallys

My step uncle buys scooters and does them up to sell. He goes over to Italy every year or so to get some old ones cheap and then does them up and sells them for a fortune

I've not long since got back, and I am just starting to dry out!! It hammered it down all the way there, I was soaked down to my boxers, even though I had waterproofs on. Don't you just love our great British summers

It was still a good laugh, one of my mates nearly crashed though. Something flew into his helmet, he reckoned it was a wasp but we reckoned not We had fish and chips on the sea front, had a quick drive around and then came back home. I got split up from the crowd for a bit on the way back, and ended up getting lost. Good job we had our mobiles, I had to ring one of the lads to get the directions and catch them up. Took a bit of stick for that too

Next week, if the weathers better, we are going to either Scarborough or Bridlington.
