2009 will see the first NVIDIA GPU with GDDR5

AMD will have the Gddr5 market to themselves for a while...

memory bandwidth doesn't represent overall performance,

see 2900XT is a very good example

tbh, im hoping ATI has a lead on nvidia for a few month, that will see enough profits so both can be in decent competition again.

Tbh if they do get that they need to make sure AMD uses its profits for CPUs.
