I suppose if people are buying their products at the prices they charge, why change? These systems must sell otherwise they wouldn't be selling them at that price.
But when you can get an overclocked Q6600 gaming system with an X2 for under £1k, it does make you wonder why you might buy a system like this.

haha, who would buy a computer with a midrange card, a relatively small HDD and a high powered processor without even OCing it. you hardly need to do a 5 minute google search to find a better PC for a better price
