MSI P35 platinum or asus p5n32-e sli?

Sorry if this is re-treading over recently covered ground, but I have both of these boards - so, price not being an issue (as I already have them) which board would you base a new build on?

I'm thinking of going with the P35 (better overclocker) and selling the asus - but seeing as the asus was built to sell at around £150 and the MSI p35 @ £100 - would I be getting more mobo for my money (I picked them up around the same price) by sticking with the asus p5n32-e sli?

ie. are the components going to be better on the asus? - and with nehalem around the corner does any of it matter - should I just do a cheap build for now (e2160 instead of quad) and upgrade the mobo and cpu then?
