PC Software/Audit app, USB`able.

Seen/know of plenty of apps u can download, install, but what about a standalone one that`s able to go on a pendrive ?

It`ll need to do a software audit of the pc, what`s installed etc, and be able to save to a file on the usb pen itself.

Any suggestions ?
