Side of case fan under CPU?

Just the other day I was looking at case fans and started thinking that something like this hard drive fan could be mounted to the side of my case to pull hot air from the back side of the CPU. Seems to me that the under side of a motherboard would have lots of stagnate air.

Anything that will assist in the overall coolness of the inside of a case is a good thing.

Think u need to expand the description of the idea, perhaps with some kind of design of what ur thinking.

Something as simple as a Paint sketch would do it. That way peoples can see more precisely what ur intensions are and criticize either way.

At the moment, u`ve identified a perceived problem and described the tool, but I`m at pains to put the whole thing together in my head as to how the 2 are to be combined.

It`s an interesting thought mind u. As I said, anything that will help overall, even by a few degrees, is a positive.
