Unfortunately that's not going to happen. Ultra, in what can only be described as 'shooting themselves in the foot', don't ship review items anywhere other than the US. Weird I know, but that's the way they've decided to roll.

We do have one but he is currently busy with another review, and doesn't have access to Jim's load tester.

in that case you either need another one, or you need to get him a load tester of his own, and free his time up

well I been running this PS for two weeks so far seems stable good cables and seems to have plenty power even with extra fans I added to my case, seems to be built very good they have life time warranty if you register it with them, Hope I don’t have to use it time will tell but so far extremely happy with it.
